Araujo Brazilian Kitchen brings authentic Brazilian home cooking to The Shoppes at Zion in St. George. The family behind it set out to build the Brazilian restaurant they could never find stateside — feijoada slow-cooked with pork, smoked sausage and bacon, tropeiro loaded with bacon, eggs and toasted cassava flour, and grilled barbecue plates served with rice, pinto beans and vinagrete. Snack-sized coxinha, pão de queijo and yuka fries round out the counter, and the dessert case runs to brigadeiro cake, pudim and passion fruit mousse. Family feasts serve up to 10, making it a natural spot for a group dinner or a rodizio-style night out.
