Bon Rue (officially Bonrue Bakery) is the reimagined evolution of the beloved Farmstead — the same warm, from-scratch European-style bakery-cafe St. George locals fell in love with, now under a new name after trademark complications. Founded in 2021 by a trio of Las Vegas chefs and restaurateurs, Bon Rue turns out flaky croissants, buttery pastries, cakes and pies, fresh sandwiches, pizza, cookies, and rich coffee daily. The name blends the French words for "good" (bon) and the streets where we gather (rue). Open every day from 6 AM to 4 PM.
