The kitchen blends traditional recipes with modern technique — crispy Lotus chicken and shrimp in a sweet-and-spicy chili sauce, Mongolian and Sichuan beef, Korean gochujang cauliflower, lo mein, and gluten-free options on most entrées. A sushi program covers Cali, Lotus, ahi and tempura rolls plus poke bowls and poke nachos, while the bar pours Asian-inspired cocktails like the Rising Dragon Margarita and Lotus Mai Tai alongside one of the deepest sake, plum wine and soju lists in Washington County.
