Their “toppings bar” is loaded with amazing, delicious sauces and ingredients. Everything tastes so fresh. The food I ate was always tasty but half of that was due to my choice of condiments and toppings I applied myself.
Maybe I ordered incorrectly but I feel when you order a sandwich the shop should load it up with their suggestions and you can exclude certain items that aren’t to your taste. Instead they work on decent bread, meat, and cheese and anything beyond is up to the customer to decide what would pair well with their ingredients.
Last visit I made I felt rushed to order the sandwich and move on despite being the only person in line. “What bread, what meat, what cheese? Ok move on.”
Maybe that’s just me though and I should adapt my expectations of a sandwich shop.
