The Hurricane outpost of Bonrue Bakery (formerly Farmstead) brings the same beloved European-style, from-scratch baking to downtown Hurricane. Founded in 2021 by a trio of Las Vegas chefs and restaurateurs, Bonrue turns out flaky croissants, kouign-amann, pain au chocolat, guava cheese danishes, madeleines, cakes, pies, fresh sandwiches, and rich coffee daily.
